This applies to the deposit paid to book Fireball Pizza catering. If anything here isn't clear, reach out and we'll walk through it with you.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due at the event. Your date isn't confirmed until the deposit is received or a reservation is locked in through another arranged payment method.
If you need to cancel, how much of your deposit is refunded depends on how much notice you give before your event date:
Plans change, and we'd rather move your date than lose your event entirely. You're welcome to reschedule once at no charge, as long as you let us know at least 14 days before your original event date and a new date is available. Requests inside 14 days are treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
If severe weather or a genuine emergency makes the event unsafe or impossible to run, whether that's called by you or by us, this falls outside the standard cancellation tiers. In these cases, your full deposit is held as credit toward a new date rather than lost. We'll work with you to find a time that works.
If your situation doesn't fit neatly into the above, or you just want to talk it through, contact us directly. We'd rather have a conversation than leave you guessing.
